Jake Skorheim, co-host of "The Jake and Spike Show" on KIRO Newsradio, had a Thursday morning encounter at Starbucks that left him steaming. It started when he was cut off at the drive-thru.
Spike O'Neill, co-host of "The Jake and Spike Show" on KIRO Newsradio, called the discovery "shocking" and "horrific."

LeBron James, the face of the NBA for arguably the last 10-plus years, has become the first professional male athlete to be honoured as a Ken doll.
"LeBron James is the first 'kenbassador.' It's a new Lebron James. LJ on his jacket. It's a beautiful little collector piece," Spike O'Neill, co-host of "The Jake and Spike Show" on KIRO Newsradio, said. A cherished racetrack and community staple could be in jeopardy next year. The Seattle Times reported Tuesday that Emerald Downs could shut down in 2026.

The Seattle Mayor's Office is proposing raising property taxes to renew the Democracy Voucher Program, which donates to campaigns, the city announced in a news release.
According to the mayor's office, a $45 million property tax would be levied over 10 years to fund the program -- with the cost to homeowners around $12.20 a year. Officials stated that since the program took off, more than 106,000 residents have contributed and over $10 million has been distributed to local campaigns through 2024.
However, Jake Skorheim, co-host of "The Jake and Spike Show" on KIRO Newsradio, isn't buying it.
