Judge declares Utah's Amendment D void
A Judge has declared Utah's Amendment D void. The amendment was asking voters to give the Utah legislature more authority to amend or change citizen ballot initiatives.  The judge's ruling means ballots will be printed with the question, but the amendment won't count.
