Salk dives in on the Mariners loss to the Yankees and noticed two things: tehy are no longer playing much small ball and they are not getting to use their strengths enough in their leverage bullpen arms. Lyle continues his MLB draft previews with a prospect that comes from a baseball family. Then, Brock has a Seahawks version of the 'Who Do you Trust' game we played yesterday and Salk crowns this week's Trash Takes winner.

With the trade deadline continuing to approach, Brock and Salk talk through if the Mariners could make a trade with the Braves, including the possibility of Ronald Acuna. After that, they talk through each of the four Mariners All-Star selections and dive in the cases on both sides for Julio Rodriguez getting the nod.

Brock and Salk are still trying to make sense of who the Mariners are and who the rest of the league is, because there is so much uncertainty despite it being after the 4th of July. Salk also has to fully admit he was wrong and walk back a take of his, and it has to do with Cal Raleigh being intriguing.
