The hour starts with listening to some funny fan voicemails for Here's The Thing. After that, Howie Long of FOX Sports joins the show to discuss the Seahawks defense, Mike Macdonald and plenty more.

Brock and Salk react to some sound from Jim Bowden (who was on with Bump and Stacy) suggesting that the Mariners have the ability to get greedy this offseason. If they do so, who would that be for? They discuss. They also debate the value of QB's late in the season due to Joel Klatt's analysis and go through a few of Joel's talking points that really jumped out to them. In Blue 88, Brock takes a look at the most surprising Seahawk so far this season, if the Falcons will be able to implement some of the pressure schemes that the Vikings did on defense and who some of the most fundamental QB's are in the NFL today.

Salk went to the Seattle Torrent PWHL game yesterday and loved the experience, so he talk about it to open the show. Then, they re-air their conversation with Joel Klatt of FOX Sports with topics featuring the Seahawks, Sam Darnold, college football and more.

How do you fix college football? Brock and Salk discuss why change needed to happen but how out of hand things have become and where you go from here. Then, ESPN Seahawks reporter Brady Henderson joins us to discuss whether Jalen Sundell should be moved to right guard when he returns, when we could see Jarran Reed start to practice, if this is the best Seahawks defensive front ever and the questions still surrounding whether you can trust Sam Darnold in big games.

The hour starts by going Around The NFL with storylines featuring Aaron Rodgers, Mike Tomlin and more. Later, Joel Klatt of FOX Sports joins the show to provide some great insight on the Seahawks, Sam Darnold's play and comparing him to Matthew Stafford, along with a little bit of talk on the state of college football and plenty more.

Brock and Salk talk through the elements of what makes a team a Super Bowl team and how much of it the Seahawks have on their roster. They then look at a handful of names that the Mariners could trade for, especially with the MLB Winter Meetings coming up next week. In Blue 88, Brock analyzes more on the Seahawks culture, Mike Macdonald discussing the Vikings defense and the University of Colorado athletic department.

Salk dives more into the right guard spot of the Seahawks, noting that it is their one area of weakness on an otherwise really good Seahawks roster, and he notes the idea of testing out some different options at that spot this Sunday. The MLB Winter Meetings are less than a week away, and Salk goes through a list of names that could be traded, or at least heavily discussed, next week in Orlando. Later, they re-air their conversation with Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald to hear all of his insight after the Seahawks shutout win over the Vikings.

Mike Macdonald joins Brock and Salk to discuss the Seahawks shutout win over Minnesota, how important DeMarcus Lawrence has been to this team, what his defense did best, what problems  Minnesota's defense presented and how they shut down JSN, where he feels they are at with establishing his culture. Plus, some injury updates.

Brock and Salk share some of their Thanksgiving stories and discuss Lyle being non responsive over the holiday weekend. Then, in Need to Know we discuss the Seahawks win, the Rams loss, Aaron Rodgers throwing his teammates under the bus, Lane Kiffin leaving Ole Miss for the LSU job and UW's loss to Oregon.
