Brock and Salk open the hour by discussing the importance of the series this weekend against the Astros and what a successful weekend can do for the Mariners. They also react to an opinion from Mike Lefko in which he states that Sam Darnold is under more pressure than any other QB in thwe NFL> In Blue 88, topics include Vegas' view on the Seahawks vs Seattle's, why Brock can't guarantee Trey Hendrickson over $100 million with the Seahawks and where he disagrees with Joel Klatt who said that UW could reall "pop" in 2025.

Salk is ready for the Mariners second half to get underway and highlights who he believes the most important Mariner will be during this stretch. Then, they re-air their conversation with Joe Buck of ESPN to discuss Cal Raleigh, the Seahawks, Sam Darnold and more.

Brock and Salk debate why the national media has consistently been so down on the Seahawks all offseason, and they wonder if part of it has to do with the defense being the strength over the offense, which isn't as flashy. Then, they react to Jeff Passan stating how the Mariners can't waste a season like Cal Raleigh has had and discuss what a successful trade deadline could look like so they avoid just that. They also spend a few minutes on how Randy Arozarena hasn't received enough appreciation for the impact that he's made.

Lyle is back from All Star Week and shares all of his takeaways of his time in Atlanta to begin the hour. Then, they bring on Joe Buck of ESPN to get his thoughts on the MLB All Star Game, Cal Raleigh, Sam Darnold and plenty more.
