Then, we discuss what the Seahawks "why" will be this year. How does their motivation change after winning it all? Plenty of Mariners have started to turn heads at Spring Training, including some prospects. So Brock and Lefko talk through it all. Later, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times joins the show to share what he's seen at heard from Spring Training so far, including but not limited to Brendan Donovan, Colt Emerson and Ryan Sloan.

The Seahawks have hired a new offensive coordinator in Brian Fleury, so Brock and Lefko analyze what to expect from him and why Mike Macdonald decided to make this hire. They then bring on 49ers beat reporter Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle to get further insight on Fleury and who he is as a coach and person. In Blue 88, Brock dives in on the 3 P's that come to mind with hiring Brian Fleury, what Bill Simmons got wrong about his Super Bowl prediction and how the talent in the 2026 NFL Draft correspond to the areas of need for the Seahawks.

Mike Lefko, filling in for Salk, highlights all of the Seahawks coaching changes that happened over the weekend and reacts to what it could mean for the team. He discusses being on Jimmy Kimmel, all of the messages of support he's recieved, what he believes were the most important factors in them winning it all, whether they blitzed more in this game than usual, searching for a new OC and trying to enjoy this moment.

We discuss MLB missing out on a chance to market their product during the Super Bowl. Then, in Need to Know, we discuss Mike Macdonald's media tour yesterday, the plans for tomorrow's Seahawks parade and the Olympics.
