Then, NBC Sports reporter Kaylee Hartung discusses her time at the Super Bowl covering the Seahawks and the quick turn around to head to Milan to cover the Olympics.

The hour starts with some funny listener voicemails for Here's The Thing. Afterwards, Brock and Brady Henderson go through all of their final Seahawks Takeaways, including many from the parade.

Brock and Brady Henderson discuss what they learned from this Seahawks team this season. They then bring on Ray Roberts of the Seahawks radio pregame show, who was in the parade, to hear his experience there and what impressed him most about the Seahawks this season. In Blue 88, Brock takes a look at more Seahawks being mic'd up, how different the Seahawks offseason schedule could be and an area that the Seahawks put a lot of resources into.

He discusses being on Jimmy Kimmel, all of the messages of support he's recieved, what he believes were the most important factors in them winning it all, whether they blitzed more in this game than usual, searching for a new OC and trying to enjoy this moment.

We discuss MLB missing out on a chance to market their product during the Super Bowl. Then, in Need to Know, we discuss Mike Macdonald's media tour yesterday, the plans for tomorrow's Seahawks parade and the Olympics.
