In this episode, BJ talks about leaving a bad review for a doctor's office he visited recently. Yes, even medical offices are looking for reviews. But what happens when the patient isn't exactly happy with the way they were treated? (Pardon the pun.) We'll hear from BJ and Bill about leaving reviews and getting companies - and even doctor's offices - to respond to customers with "issues."
