On July 19, Portland celebrated the 10-year anniversary of the Biketown bike-share and e-scooter rental program with a record-setting electric bike ride.
With more than a thousand participants, Portland shattered the Guinness World Record for largest e-bike ride, more than doubling the previous record set by Seattle.
