Today we’re going there. We’re going to talk about stopping the BS that goes on in your mind all day long and stops you from living the life you truly want. 

There’s a tip my mentor gave me a couple years ago that is so ridiculously simple that helps so much when you notice you’re caught up in all the BS and I’m going to share that with you too. 

So many people acknowledge that they’re not showing up as the person they need to be. Whether it’s fear, low confidence, etc… it’s all a bunch of BS that goes on in their mind all day long. 

Here’s the secret to overcoming your biggest fear- none of it is real! 

You can’t overcome something that does not exist. What you can do is stop paying attention to the problems that you are creating. Figment of your imagination. 

The only problems you have are the problems you’re creating in your own mind. In that sense, you are the one holding yourself back from creating the life that you want.

But not anymore. Not after this episode.
