What are you THANKFUL for? I discuss that, around holidays like Thanksgiving, then our interview with Steve Crooks. I met him on a recent flight and his story will amaze you. (6:00 mark) Steve talks about a health crisis and accident earlier this year that caused his heart to stop for 15 minutes, putting him in a coma for several days. (11:30) Doctors called him "Miracle Man" and he has a new perspective on life, making changes and saying "Race day is about being vulnerable...so is life." (16:15) The triathlete and now ultramarathoner discusses being 280 pounds, his turning point, first time to the gym, how he lost 100 pounds, and how others can get started.
