Speaking at an event announcing a 20-year extension of Bank of America's naming rights partnership with Bank of America Stadium, Goodell praised Charlotte's rapid growth and said it is "certainly Super Bowl quality" if that growth continues. He also pointed to the planned $1.3B renovation of Bank of America Stadium.
