Dereck Whittenburg is an NC State great. Whittenburg has written a book titled,"The Shot Heard Around the World: My Journey From the Playground to the White House." Whittenburg will hold a book signing at Jimmy V's Osteria restaurant on Monday, July 15 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The book will be available on Aug. 23 on Amazon and the majority of the proceeds from the book will go to colleges.
