Rikard Grönborg coached the Swedish National team and multiple world championship teams, he currently coaches in the Finnish pro league but youth hockey players in Utah were lucky enough to be coached by Grönborg years ago. On Utah Puck Report, he talks about what it is like coaching in different leagues and how creating the right locker room environment is key.
