Join us as we find out what goes on behind the scenes of getting an NHL team, the comradery between the NHL and NBA players, and the charity work the athletes help with in their spare time.

They also explain the World Junior Championship going on right now in Canada and voice how impressive it is that the Outliers have a representative playing for their country in the tournament.

Renowned sport psychologist Dan Freigang then joins Jay to discuss a recent tweet by former NHL goaltender Robin Lehner, and the difficult conversations surrounding mental health in sports.

Former Utah Grizzlies VP Jared Youngman joined Jay Stevens, host of Utah Puck Report to talk about the future of minor league hockey in Utah. Youngman offered some theories on what may happen to the Grizzlies and if an AHL club will ever come to town with the addition of Utah's new NHL team, Utah Hockey Club. 

Youngman also caught Jay up on his new job in Atlanta. 

Rikard Grönborg coached the Swedish National team and multiple world championship teams, he currently coaches in the Finnish pro league but youth hockey players in Utah were lucky enough to be coached by Grönborg years ago. On Utah Puck Report, he talks about what it is like coaching in different leagues and how creating the right locker room environment is key.
