Utah has the second-largest gender pay gap in the nation, but figuring out what causes that pay gap is the way to address it. The deal is, when we control for occupation, experience, education, and other variables, then Utah’s pay gap goes to 97 cents on the dollar. Derek Miller, President and CEO of the Salt Lake Chamber, joins Leah and Maura to discuss some solutions.
