The Justice Department is suing Utah over its treatment of a transgender inmate and, according to our legal analyst Greg, this is a big deal because it’s very uncommon for the Justice Department to sue a state. Maura and Greg unpack the lawsuit and then later speak with Transgender Activist Sue Robbins, who shares her response to it.
