Ahead of the implementation of several laws dealing with social media protections for minors, a federal judge has granted an injunction, meaning the laws won’t go into effect as planned. We take some time to dig into all the details of the lawsuit and the injunction. Carl Szabo, Vice President and General Counsel at NetChoice joins us to give the plaintiff’s point of view. Utah State Representative Jordan Teuscher also joins to share the view of the Legislature, one of the defendants in the case.
