Late last night, or early this morning for those of us on Mountain Time, a mayday call was received from a cargo ship that had lost power and the ability to steer as it rammed into Baltimore’s Francis Scott Bridge. The boat ran straight into a foundational support pylon which effectively collapsed it and the bridge. Greg is joined by ABC News Correspondent Andy Field, who breaks down what happened with audio recordings from technicians as the bridge collapsed.
