‘The Marvels,’ and the good and the bad of movie expectations

Few movie universes face as much scrutiny as those in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and that can lead to a whole huge mess of expectations. The latest MCU film, "The Marvels" has been released with both good and bad expectations ahead of its opening weekend, which can explain its lukewarm reception.
