KSL Podcast’s ‘Tourbillion Tales’ creator Jared Buttars on the journey and power of storytelling

From "The Twilight Zone" to "Black Mirror," science fiction and mystery/thriller' storytelling has captured the human imagination for generations of fans. Now, KSL Podcasts' "Tourbillion Tales" is entering the fray with an original bite-size fiction anthology series specially crafted for the mind’s eye. The six-episode season will be published in October 2024 with titles like “Attack of the Bowman” and “Dark Colony.” On this episode of Fan Effect, producer KellieAnn Halvorsen sits down with the series creator Jared Buttars to preview the season, discuss our fascination with stories like these, and how creative limitations actually lead to storytelling joy.
