It's time to get back on track and reclaim the structure you may have lost over the summer.
This episode is all about getting back on track after those lazy, hazy days of summer. Join Carol, Tricia, and Kelly as they share practical tips, funny stories, and real life advice on how to transition smoothly into the busy school year.
From setting achievable goals to staying consistent with your routines, this episode is packed with inspiration to help you finish the summer strong.
Think about it:
How we'll actually do it:
-
Reevaluate and Set Goals:
- Take a few minutes to sit down and look at your goals for the next three months. Write down your goals and then break them into smaller, actionable steps. For example, if you want to exercise 45 times in the next quarter, that means you'll work out 3-4 times a week.
-
Morning Routine:
- Start your day with a few minutes of quiet time and prayer. When it becomes a habit, start adding a few minutes to your prayer time. Whether it's 3 minutes or 30, just make an effort to build this into your morning.
-
Accountability Partner:
- Find a friend to join you in your goals. Whether it's working out, reading the Bible, or simply staying on track with daily tasks, having someone to encourage and keep you accountable can make a big difference (and make it a lot more fun)!
