In this episode of Bench Talk, I have a conversation with the Founders of For The Athletes Mia Zambarano and Carolyn Stein regarding mental health, college athletes and mental health and For The Athletes.

Mia Zambarano is a licensed mental health therapist and performing consultant. Mia utilizes evidence-based strategies to support highly competitive and driven individuals and teams to enhance their mentality and optimize their performance. Mia specializes in high-performing athletes, business professionals, entrepreneurs, and others who truly want to improve how they show up to change their lives. As a former Division 1 soccer college athlete, this population holds a special place for Mia.

Carolyn Stein is a former Lynn University D2 lacrosse player where she played in Israel. With a psychology background, she teamed up with Mia to create the For The Athletes.
