Christina Rae - Breathwork Queen

Christina Rae was born in Mexico and moved to America at six years old, the only thing she lost in that transition was herself. However, she became the caretaker in her family, all the while being an achiever in the classroom; earning her way into SMU where she earned her degree. But toxic relationships, along with drug and alcohol addiction took center stage in a life that crumbled around her. She explains how she overcame all of that and more to become a light for others in the dark. Awesome person, an awesome podcast.
