Let's Get Real About Postpartum

Recently, Micah took a poll asking, “What’s harder, pregnancy, childbirth, or postpartum?” The response was eye-opening because it wasn’t even close. Postpartum days won by a landslide. Many of the women who answered commented that those were some of the darkest days they’ve ever had. One concern was that it’s just not being talked about enough. So, Micah wants to dedicate this episode to all the mamas out there who need to hear that they’re not alone.

It’s time to see childbirth in a different light. Micah Burgess is the owner & founder of Waco Doula and has recently published a book called, The Humor in Birth; Stories & Insights from a Doula.
