She had plans with her boyfriend at 12:30pm that day and told her mom if she wasn't home by noon to come get her. But noon came and went, and Tara came home. 10 months later Tara's case captivated the nation when a disturbing polaroid surfaced and many believed Tara was the girl in the photo.
