Jesse Blaze Snider takes you on a fantastic voyage through the BEST that the long-running 35-strong (38 if you include the animated TRILOGY) franchise has to offer including the original classic “Gojira”, the silly but awesome first confrontation of “Kong vs. Godzilla”, Toho’s 1st in “universe” crossover with their other kanji sensation “Mothra Vs Godzilla”, the first big Avengers-style cross over in the excellent “Destroy All Monsters”, which features over ELEVEN different kanji, Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla I & II, the “RETURN” of Godzilla, versus Biollante, King Ghidorra, Destroya, he’s praise the end of their trilogy, “Godzilla Final Wars”, add praise to the first few outings of the Gareth Edward’s Monsterverse, lament having missed “Shin Godzilla”, heap some more praise on “Godzilla Minus One” and point your attention to perhaps the greatest kanji film of all time: “Godzilla, Mothra & King Ghidorra: All-Monsters Attack”! Oh, & he’ll talk a bit about the latest installment in the franchise, but we should warn you, when it comes to giant monster movies the Coolest Geek Alive is very forgiving.
