On this episode of the Bubba The Love Sponge® Show, Bubba unloads on Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson after a brutal Father’s Day weekend with roughly 40 people shot and the death count climbing from eight toward a dozen, shreds the mayor’s focus on slavery task forces and “historic racist policies” while bodies are dropping every five hours, and hammers him over claims that cops are told to stand down, a rumored 150 officer personal security detail while the city is 2,000 officers short, and a tense presser where reporter William J Kelly gets shut down trying to ask why federal help, ICE, and real policing aren’t on the table, all while weaving in Chicago war zone stats, YouTube market talk, and a few side jabs at national pundits fanning the race bait fire.
