Tom Cruise Co-Star in New Movie Top Gun Maverick Bashir Salahuddin Plays Hondo and Talks to Gentry Thomas

Naturally as his best friend in the movie he has all the best stories about Tom taking G-forces like a champ while zooming around at supersonic speeds in a F/A-18 Super Hornet for your viewing pleasure. The Chicago Native also talks about his ongoing sitcom now streaming on HBO Max promptly named South Side. The show is about two friends living out of Englewood Chicago who are trying to make it big. The show holds a special place in Salahuddin's heart because of his south side up-bringing.
