This group of engineers have figured out a way to bypass the internet block in Iran. They provide internet access for 300,000+ Iranians. Internet access is crucial, because it allows information and videos to flow out of Iran, and keeps people inside Iran informed on protests, strikes, and other collective actions. Contributing (any amount) to these engineers is a way to help many people in Iran who currently rely on this service for accessing the internet.   These engineers must stay anonymous for their safety.
