In September of 1990, the burning body of 9-year-old Jennifer Ann Lewis was found abandoned in the playground of an Iowa school yard. Reporter Scott Reeder was one of the first people on the scene that night and he has continued to follow the case for the past 28 years. The man accused of her murder, Stanley Liggins, will be re-tried this month after an appellate court threw out his conviction.
