Nearly 3 decades after his death, Peter Boy Kema's siblings can finally breathe

Thirty years after the horrific murder of 6-year-old "Peter Boy" Kema, the state of Hawaiʻi has agreed to a $3.25 million settlement with his surviving siblings, Chauntelle, Allan, and Lina Acol.
