Episode 207: Why do so many women working full time in Hawaii earn less than men?

Asking someone how much money they make is often seen as rude or taboo, but University of Hawaii researcher Rachel Inafuku encourages people to talk about it. She found full-time working women are earning less than men in 74% of jobs in Hawaii, and the gender pay gap is even larger in higher-paying jobs.
