Prematurity Awareness Month (With Erin Houser of Mercy Health)

November is Prematurity Awareness Month. This week, Catherine and Lauren are joined with Erin Houser.  Erin is a nurse at Mercy Health and works in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).  She talks about the challenges and joys that come from working in such an intense environment.  Work in the NICU is always emotional but became personal when Erin's now 10 month baby girl experienced complications after birth.  

Whether it's the terrible twos or the terrifying teens....
