Episode Description
This year it’s more important than ever to shop locally this holiday season. This week we’re chatting with Maeghan Moeller, one of the owners of Lusso, a boutique in Clayton that’s been around for 20 years.
Her message to shoppers is that every dollar counts when it comes to owning a small business.
And to help encourage shopping small this year, Lusso has teamed up with #314Together, The Women’s Creative, Joya, and the Experience Booklet to launch “Keep it Local,” an online coupon booklet filled with discounts for dozens of local businesses.
Megan Rohall of the Women’s Creative also joined us on this episode to talk about the inspiration for the booklet and how something as little as a shoutout on social media can go a long way in ensuring our St. Louis businesses survive the pandemic.
Get your own “Keep it Local” card here [https://www.thenewnormalstl.com/keepitlocal/p/keep-it-local-sponsorship-w7rwt], and even better, 100% of the profits go to Operation Food Search.
