Tri-State broadcasting veteran Tim Black is the star of this week's Inside Look podcast with Jeff Lyons.  Tim now serves as the President and CEO of WNIN Public Media, and talks about the challenges of keeping the WNIN stations on the air with recent funding cuts.  He also talks about the complimentary role of public broadcasting to commercial stations like 14 News.
