Meet Katie and Supporting Foster Youth with Christ Child Society

In this episode of "A Place to Call home," we meet Katie, a 14-year-old Michigan teen in foster care who shares her hopes of finding a permanent, loving family. Plus, Christ Child Society of South Bend Foster Hope co-chairs Laura Trippel and Susan Coulter join the conversation to share how their Foster Hope program supports local kids entering foster care. 

Adoption, foster care and taking care of our children.  That is the focus of this 30-minute weekly show hosted by 16 Morning News Now anchor Tricia Sloma. Since 2000, Sloma has introduced our viewers to children from Indiana and Michigan who are available for adoption through Wednesday’s Child.
