A deadly crash on a rural Alabama road kills a father and a two-year-old girl. The mother is airlifted in critical condition.  Then a family member from out of town asks a question no one can answer: where is the baby?  The couple had a one-year-old son that no one had seen for three months.  

What followed was one of the most disturbing cases Fayette County Sheriff Byron Yerby says he's encountered in 32 years of law enforcement. Court records detail a months-long pattern of child abuse documented in disturbing pictures and text messages between the parents.

They drove around shopping for children the day 3-year-old Kamille "Cupcake" McKinney vanished.  That's part of the evidence jurors heard before convicting two people for Cupcake's kidnapping.
