Still much to learn about Bryce Young and Carolina Panthers offense; ACC Relegation System?

Going into preseason game No. 2 against the New York Giants, Tim Donnelly wants to see what other parts of the Carolina Panthers offense and Bryce Young need work besides the offensive line, but notes that poor offensive line play won't allow the coaching staff to truly learn what their team can do.

Also, Tim Donnelly poses an idea of the ACC expanding to 20 schools, and for football having a 'relegation' system each year as a way to drive interest and TV revenue for football games that may not have garnered much interest in years past, and as a way to separate themselves in conference realignment.
