Online & mobile sports betting becomes legal in NC with Gov. Copper signing

With the signing of Gov. Roy Cooper, it’s now official. Online, mobile sports betting becomes legal in North Carolina as early as January 8th. Dennis Cox & Louis Fernandez discuss where we could see the sportsbook located at venues in North Carolina and how this will affect upcoming renovations at PNC Arena.
