NHL failed Carolina Hurricanes fans

Joe Ovies & Joe Giglio point out that the NHL Stadium Series event and game itself was a success and the league put on a fantastic presentation, but the NHL failed people attending the event with it's lack of attention to parking ahead of the event. The parking situation also shows how far Raleigh, NC is behind in infrastructure, and that upgrades to the area around PNC Arena & Carter-Finley Stadium are needed.
