Hayes Permar is the managing partner of a group planning on reopening Raleigh's Rialto Theatre. He joins Dennis Cox & Louis Fernandez Jr to discuss the different events he plans on bringing back to the theatre. He also shares his favorite memories of The Rialto and where his passion came from to bring live events back to it. Also, Dennis & Louis "Hit It & Quit It" on various topics including the Panthers rumored to play against the Chiefs in Germany, and Game 4 between Hurricanes and the Devils.
