Also, East Carolina head football coach Mike Houston has turned in another school not in the region for tampering with his players not actively in the transfer portal. Houston says that this undermines everything that NIL and the transfer portal were meant for. Houston also says that he immediately reported the incident to the NCAA and he believes in playing by the rules, and he will not tolerate any tampering regarding his program.
