With the No. 1 pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, the Carolina Panthers are looking to draft a franchise quarterback. Is is CJ Stroud from Ohio State football, or Bryce Young from Alabama football? Or do they take Anthony Richardson from Florida football, or possibly Kentucky football's Will Levis? Panthers head coach Frank Reich and Carolina Panthers GM Scott Fitterer spoke to the media about moving up in the draft.
