Bryce Young can play better despite Carolina Panthers being awful

Tim Donnelly says it's hard to compare Bryce Young to other rookie QBs because the situation with the Carolina Panthers isn't good with the lack of skill players and protections, but that it is fair to compare Bryce Young's play NOW to the decisions Bryce Young was making earlier in the season.
