Bomani Jones discusses the state of the NCAA tournament currently and where it could be going in the future as we see NIL deals increase even more with college athletes. He also comments on what Norte Dame AD had to say about how the NCAA should handle NIL and their attempt to provide an assembly around the fabric of college sports.
