Are the Houston Texans NOT taking a QB in the 2023 NFL Draft?

Jonathan Alexander of the Houston Chronicle shared with Joe Ovies & Joe Giglio that the Houston Texans might not be high on CJ Stroud as a QB, but that he wouldn't be surprised if the Texans used the 12th pick in the 2023 NFL Draft to make a move to take a QB. But, it could all be smokescreens.
