ACC Commissioner Jim Phillips follow-up comments from ACC Kickoff; Adam Gold on Sebastian Aho's contract extension

During The Drive with Tim Donnelly live in Charlotte for day two of the 2023 ACC Football Kickoff, Tim and producer Dennis Cox discuss what ACC Commissioner Jim Phillips' had to say when he spoke to Adam Gold earlier in the day. Phillips mentioned the magnificent seven, the revenue standpoint now, and moving forward, congressional support, and more. 

Also, speaking of Adam Gold, he joined Tim to share his thoughts on Carolina Hurricanes forward Sebastian Aho's 8-year, $78 million contract extension. Gold believes that was a much-needed move that the Hurricanes needed to make and how it can set up for Aho to take over as a captain of the team, once Jordan Staal's career comes to an end with the team. Gold also shares other roster moves that are to come shortly.
