Duke forward Kyle Filipowski and UNC center Armando Bacot were both named preseason All-Americans by the Associated Press at the start of the 2023-2024 college basketball season. Tim Donnelly points out how this could be a special year for Duke basketball, UNC basketball, and NC State basketball, and that the ACC is poised to have a big season.
