Should we have ANY automatic bids in college football?

Being competitive is completely out of the equation, it’s just who wants to get invited. Was it more about Alabama blowing a huge lead or Georgia coming from behind? What could put coach Prime in THIS kind of spotlight, if things play out this way? What does a goofy college football game do to the sport as a whole? Should we believe in Clemson? What’s Chip’s primary concern, especially when it comes to NC State?
