WRAL's Brian Shrader Delivers The Shopping Cart 'News Report.'

On Monday, Bryan Lord told us he decided to put a shopping cart in the back of his suv because he was so far away from TJ Maxx he felt like he needed to drive it back. Brian Shrader from WRAL heard about this story and included it in one of his 'news reports.'
