Kyle, Bryan and Sarah had a chance to talk to Nina-Antonette Passalacqua-Psarros, the vibrant and beloved former owner of Nina’s Ristorante in Raleigh—a cornerstone of the local community and a home away from home for the Carolina Hurricanes. From feeding the 2006 Stanley Cup champions (she affectionately calls them “her boys'), to sharing hilarious and heartwarming stories about her family’s journey from Sicily to Brooklyn and then to North Carolina, Nina brings her signature warmth, humor, and passion for food to every tale.
